Dave Darcy started this business in 1998, but has been restoring windows for much longer than that. Dave is a transplant from NY, born in the Bronx and raised in Hudson Valley. He is a family man and loves giving back to the community, they attend and participate in charitable events quite often. Recently they just raised $2,000 for a local girl with MS.
Dave and his company take pride in the work they do and always try to salvage what you currently have, and restore it instead of just telling you to buy new windows and replace everything. Every part of your house tells a story and they vintage parts of it should be maintained and kept at all possible costs.
We began our business with the goal of becoming more efficient than most, with the final goal of saving our company money on every job and passing that savings on to you, the consumer. All of our window mechanics are artists, you will see windows from Ivy League Schools, Northshore Homes, Churches, Tudor Style Homes, Frank Loyd Wright Homes, Hyde Park Mansions of Roosevelt to the destroyed cable cars of Mount Beacon and more. All of the historic parts of these kinds of buildings and architecture should be saved and restored.
We abide by all historical preservation rules as well and make sure you are satisfied with the quality. We do a lot of local work but have and will travel to NY, Michigan, Wisconsin, Indiana, Mississippi and other states. At Logan & Milwaukee there is a small rest area, we did windows there as well Western Springs Churches & Schools.
We provide 3 levels of window restoration; Gold, Silver and Bronze.
Bronze level starts at $700
Silver level starts at $1400
Gold level starts at $1800
